ESSENTIAL: IT’S VERY HEAVY. Warm welcome, superb atmosphere, exceptional HOMEMADE cuisine, discreet and quiet terrace. The boss conducts his business with great rigor also in the perfection of the dishes. I recommend mimosa carrots: the iconic starter for those on a diet. Only wines from owners. Each of the producers was visited by the boss. I discovered a white St Pourcain (Tressallier grape variety) and a remarkable Chinon. The blanc de blanc grand cru champagne from Chouilly is breathtaking. A hell of a moment “like in the country over there”
