A real heartburn for the chef Sébastien's cuisine! That fresh products in the plate and it feels like a taste. For our part, home foie gras and its hot toasts and roast duck magret served with its special sauce. Beautiful plates decorated with 3 accompaniments (including churros to ... I let you guess). Having eaten heartily, I chose a burned cream at the Chartreuse (3 perfumes of offer and wide choice of desserts). Interesting map, we had difficulty choosing what makes us go back.
