Little Caesars - Reservar uma mesa

I have been coming to this Little Caesars for over a year now and consistently receive poor service. While the food is good, we have had multiple unpleasant encounters with rude staff in the past. On my most recent visit with my boyfriend, we noticed that the lights were off in the front of the restaurant, which was odd, but we decided to go in and order anyway. When my boyfriend approached the counter to order, a woman came to assist us. As I tried to order stuffed crust, she abruptly informed us that they were unable to make it with cheese in the crust. I was at the restaurant for a while and it seemed like no one working there knew what they were doing. I called ahead to ask if they had hot and ready pizzas and was always told yes. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, it was not ready and there was a line of at least 4 people waiting for their pizzas to be made. Chaos seemed to be everywhere. Overall, my experience was terrible and I would not recommend this place. It was not worth it.

I love this place. I only recently tried it and it was great. People are complaining about grease and pizzas not ready, it's a fast food restaurant first of all, of course there will be some grease. Pizza's are better when they are freshly made,...i don't want some fake pizza that takes about 2 minutes to make. I love the crazy bread also. The staff were helpful and nice.

I went several times for the hot and finished pizza. I've never got one in 12 minutes! what is the point when there are never pizzas ready. I give up....we just cook my own, as there is no comfort or worth. here

The Deep Dish pizza and Italian Cheese Bread are amazing! The restaurant is very clean inside and the service is top-notch too!!
