Little Caesars - Reservar uma mesa

Just there tonight @drivethru and it seems they have a new debit terminal. This one requires keypad interaction for the sole purpose of asking for a tip...then you can proceed with contactless pay. 1- it's fast food so this is beyond cheesey looking for tips. There is no table service so no tips. Period. Bad management for this poor decision. 2- they did not sanitise it before or after I used it. Really?! Ugh. Now that I know their scam I will refuse to take the machine. They can press all the buttons they like, as long as my bill is for food and tax only. I will also inform the health department about the lack of sanitary practice with their grungy new machine at the drive thru. Shame on yo...

Food is prepared on dirty pans covered in grime, crumbs and a bug on one of them, no gloves are worn, and the individuals working do not wash their hands very often. Management stated twice that “treating customers like children” is the usual there. Employees and customers are treated incredibly poorly. Overall, incredibly disappointing for the way it is presented as a friendly, positive, safe environment. Staff gets employees and family ? to write positive reviews after anyone speaks out against the company and their policies. Definitely will not return and strongly question their integrity.

Pretty disgusted with our treatment at this particular location. Staff made our pizzas wrong and would not make it right. To top it off they were extremely rude about it. We aren’t from Simcoe and picked up pizza and brought it home only to find out we paid for something we never received. We also placed a call to Little Caesar customer service and got nowhere. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Always a great place to eat. My family loves this location. Fresh pizza. Friendliest staff. Will continue to eat here at least a couple times a week. Freshest pizza in town and always hot and ready.

stopped by on my travels. The staff was very friendly. Pizza was Hot and delicious. Used the drive-thru option. I would recommend this place
