Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and paid for it, only to be informed that it would take an additional 20 minutes. The girl who took my order, Sharone D, was wearing headphones and was walking back and forth between the kitchen and the lobby. She was touching the glass windows and then handling the food. I overheard her on the phone complaining about the customers and saying she was giving them attitude. After waiting for about 23 minutes, she finally came out to the lobby and asked what I was waiting for, as if she didn't remember taking my order.

UPDATE: I'm not sure if there has been a change in management or something else, but this place looks really dirty! If I hadn't ordered online, I definitely would have gone somewhere else. Additionally, the indifferent attitude of the woman behind the counter when I asked why my pizza wasn’t ready, despite receiving an email saying it was, was frustrating. She explained that the system sends a ready time before they actually receive the order. I expect my order to be prepared by the time I’m told it will be ready. I won't be returning here again.

I'm not sure if there's been a change in management or something else, but this place seemed dirty. If I hadn't ordered online, I would have chosen to go somewhere else. Moreover, the woman at the counter had a dismissive attitude when I inquired about my pizza not being ready, despite receiving an email confirming it was. She explained that the system updates before they actually receive the order, but I expect my food to be ready when I’m given a specific time! I won’t be returning.

Don?t come here literally bad service they make you wait an hour for 1 single pizza and they all keep it in a box until u get bored and ask if it?s ready then they hand it to u smh. don?t come here at all waste of money and time for a soggy a pizza this place don?t even deserve a 1 star they deserve a 0 but I can?t make it a 0 ?hot-and ready? my as there ain?t no ready it ain?t even hot smh

This location is a big No-No don't go. There were three doordash drivers waiting for orders they told me they've been there for 45 minutes. When asked why the wait was so long the cashier had an attitude, she was throwing stuff. All I wanted was some wings I thought I could be in and out. They need to fire everybody today?

Really bad at their timing.. the service its good however idk who be working in the bacl bit it tales forever for them to give you just a regular cheese or pep pizza ????.. I think they should have so.e readyfor the customers. Had some of us waiting for25 when they had said it would only take 10 min.

I really don't understand why I keep returning to this restaurant, only to be served the soggiest pizza I've ever had. I would suggest trying a different place instead.
