Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered online just wanted a simple classic paprika pizza and an Italian cheese bread and marinara sauce. The pizza portal was used back in my car and since I checked a kind of home my order... it was wrong, instead of Italian cheese bread I got a personal deep bowl pepperoni along with my classic pepperoni. I go back to Little Caesar's and said I didn't get the right Italian cheese bread and this employee had fantastic customer service! Not only did he apologize for the mix and took my cheese bread, but he also told me that I could keep the pizza I had received wrong! Best customer service I've had for years! (And not just because I got a free pizza lol)

Never answer there phone when I'm there, they're packed with employees that most of them do nothing or leave the phone ring. Long waiting times and terrible hospitality seem to most workers like they do not want to work.

You have to say it's great. Before you cry, let me say the cheese bread and the cheese sticks are AMAZING. If you get a pizza, just call and order a well made simple sauce pizza you like

Terrible customer service!!!! Not God! 3 pizzas and cheese bread. Completely messed up the order and refused to repair it or offer a refund. Stay away.

Little Caesars was fine. I took my hot pizza and left Stood there for maybe a whole 5 minutes to finish. I'm happy!
