Little Caesars Pizza

I detest this place! Every time I order online, my order is incorrect or pizzas are missing. You can't even call to have them start cooking your mixed-up order because their phone is always busy. The staff is not friendly and doesn't apologize for their mistakes. During my last order, I arrived an hour early to pick it up. When I got home, hungry and ready to feed my family, I discovered that the order was wrong. We drove back for 15 minutes just to get a signal and show the staff the mistake with the pizza. They took it back, placed it on the cutting table, then put it in the hot case and served it to another customer! (Most fast food restaurants wouldn't even take a cup without a straw to...

As far as Little Caesars go this place is one of the best I've had. Nobody expects it to be top dollar pizza, but honestly it was on par with Domino's recently. It's just down the street and it's a great place to pick up a pizza last minute when I really don't feel like doing dinner.

The pizza at this restaurant is always ready to go, so I never have to wait. Megan is the best - every time I visit, she goes out of her way to help me with sauces and anything else I need. I come here about once a week and always receive excellent customer service from Megan.

Today I was blown away while ordering a pizza! Before my order was even ready, the staff took the pizza out to my car without me having to ask. It was truly incredible customer service!

I highly recommend trying the Detroit-style Deep Dish pepperoni pizza at this restaurant. It comes with 8 thick slices of deliciousness and is a great value for the price.
