We use to visit this place more frequently and then we started having problems here. The last 2 attempts were met with us to order online and get to the store to have problems. The first they said we're too busy and you're gonna wait an hour to get my money back. Last night I ordered, and when we wanted to pick up the front door, the front door was not there with a sign. There were people in there and we could see our pizzas in the pizza portal. They came to the door and said, use the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes in the car thru when they gave us the pizza at the door. The pizzas looked like a drunk person had sliced them and the sausage had almost nothing to do with them. I'm so sick of...
This location has issues. My last five attempts to get just a regular Hot 'n Ready pepperoni pizza were met with the same explanation: there 's a 30-minute wait. Dinner time, lunch time, doesn 't matter. This is Little Caesar 's whole thing... drive up, get a pizza that 's ready. The only time I 've managed to get a pizza from them in the last year was when I ordered ahead. And it was still 15 mins late compared to the ready-time I was given. I finally gave up. I 've had two failed deliveries from this location as well. The location on 700 South always has something ready to go, no matter what time of the day it is. There is clearly a management problem at the location on Brigham Rd.
There were a few times when we ordered online and arrived there and they were closed early. Every time we could get our pizza after a hate of vocation and dispute. If you get your pizza, they are generally sub par and dry. But we still go here, just keep your expectations low.
