When I went back to the restaurant, the woman at the counter looked at me oddly when I mentioned returning the pizzas. I explained that I had called ahead and was instructed to bring them in. She simply replied, "Good, then you're fine," and implied that they couldn't be returned. To my dismay, when I talked to the staff about the issue, they insisted that the pizzas were not burnt and that they actually had sauce on them. This establishment significantly lacks in customer service. The individual behind the counter today was by far the worst employee I've ever encountered. Calling him unprofessional would be an understatement. Not only do the employees lack proper uniforms, which gives off an unprofessional vibe, but the person who took my order looked particularly unkempt! His clothes were dirty and mismatched, and he even wore large white headphones, seemingly uninterested in engaging with customers. I was excited to try the $7.49 thin crust pizza. It was pretty good. I had to put aside the fact that the one staff member enept handling of my order. I asked why my order was so high. I inquired about the extra cost for toppings and extra $7.00 charge. The worker came out with three pizzas instead of two. They never went back over the order with me to make sure it was right. Then, they got upset at me for me for not wanting three pizzas. I will not rush to go back there for pizza.

I had a negative experience with Deondre at the restaurant. He was quite rude, and I felt fortunate that I didn’t lose my temper with him. I believe he should be let go from his position, as he doesn’t contribute positively to the atmosphere or reputation of the establishment.
