I went to this restaurant yesterday after a game of bowling with my family. It was very quiet and we were seated quickly. However, things went downhill from there. They were out of Peroni, which I understand may be due to the busy Christmas period. I tried to order fish and chips, but the waiter came back to tell me they were out of that as well. I settled for a chicken burger, but then a young girl informed me they were also out of grilled chicken. She seemed defensive when I mentioned that they were out of two things I had ordered, explaining that they were still waiting on deliveries after Christmas. Today, we went to this restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, we left without eating as we were not served or even acknowledged by the unfriendly waitress. She seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers at the bar than attending to us. After waiting for 10 minutes, we decided to find a seat ourselves and wait for a server to come to our table. After 15 minutes of no service, we finally asked for a menu, which was not even provided initially. Despite only three occupied tables in the restaurant, no one came to take our drink or food order. This is a wonderful spot to meet up with friends. The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it's conveniently located near bowling, swimming, and the cinema. The staff is welcoming and accommodating of allergies.

Third click and collect order in a row where items were missing/wrong and/or food was cold. Staff don’t care “take it up with head office” is the standard refrain, if anyone can be bothered to answer the phone.

The waitress is vey rude. The service is terrible. The food orders are messed up. It is the worst restaurant that I ever been to
