From the friendly ambassadors who greet you and assist with luggage and check-in, to the attentive bartenders and servers, and even the maintenance staff, everyone goes above and beyond. Michael, one of the ambassadors, makes an excellent first impression with his professionalism and warmth. Raul at the check-in desk is truly a game changer, always ready to accommodate any request. Luis, at the pool, is one of the hardest workers and is always attentive to everyone’s needs. I reside in the Fort Lauderdale Beach area, and Living Room at W is one of my favorite spots for cocktails. I visited on Sunday, September 10, 2023, and had an outstanding experience, thanks to my bartender, Patrick. He crafted a fantastic Manhattan and an exceptional Old Fashioned, all while engaging in great conversation with everyone at the bar and delivering top-notch service. Patrick is truly one of the best bartenders along the beach!

The front desk staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms because the first one had a damp and musty odor that was quite overwhelming. The second room had similar issues, but the scent of cleaning products and perfume combined made it even worse. Additionally, the grout in the bathroom and shower needed to be cleaned. Overall, the rooms did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the price of the hotel.

During our stay at the W for a conference, we frequented their lobby bar each evening. It truly is one of the best bars in Fort Lauderdale! Be sure to ask for Patrick—he's incredibly knowledgeable and adds a lot of entertainment to the experience.
