I had a delightful day at a bread-making workshop. The warm welcome from the friendly and renowned staff made the experience even better. The bread is delicious and authentic, just like from a wood-fired oven. I highly recommend it!

I live in Sussex, and even though this bread is baked many miles away, I honestly can't find anything else that compares in terms of quality and taste. It's simply beautiful and incredibly satisfying.
