Long Island Bagel Cafe

Never has a bagel place been run more inefficiently. Too bad Jon Taffer isn’t available for a Bagel Rescue because this is the place that needs it most. This store is the epitome of inefficiency. They have no concept of how to move a line and often have 8 10 people behind the counter with two to three of them standing around, avoiding eye contact, and doing nothing while a line of customers extends around the entire store. One person stands and aimlessly wipes the counter by the coffee which is already clean and doesn’t offer to take or make an order or to ring someone up. Bad service for online orders and my order has the wrong cream cheese, I ordered tofutti (Im lactose intolerant). I don’t usually leave reviews but this deserved it. Besides this there was one really cool dude there that helped me out cheers to him.

First and last time coming to this place. Some very arrogant people working there with nasty attitude and are only nice to certain people. Shame.

Bagels here are delicous and i always love their sandwhiches with pasta salad for a beach day!
