Long Island Bagel Cafe

I started going here the past few weeks because we frequently visit the area. I always order just a bagel with cream cheese and an Iced coffee.Today I was in the area on my way to work and decided to buy food from LIBC. Prior to arriving I checked out the menu online and their Instagram to see what looked like a great lunch option as this would also be my dinner.I decided on what they call “bubbalicious” which is Fried Chicken Cutlets, Melted Mozzarella, Crispy Bacon Spicy BBQ Sauce. We popped in a little after 4PM on a Saturday, and were so grateful that all options were still available--salads, grill, sandwiches, bagels (of course). A lot of bagel shops don't offer much near closing time. We were helped by Tim, and he and Franklin were really friendly and helpful! Tim took our order and made our sandwiches (which were fabulous) and got our bagel order. Because it was near closing (5PM), there were just a few folks in there finishing their meals, and no line! I have heard that before 1pm, the place is packed, so just plan your day to come after that, and get bagels for the next morning. Exceptional customer service from the guy with glasses Franklin who made my egg everything bagel with turkey and carmelzied onions . I should've asked for his name but this place is by far best bagel establishment in the area! Highly recommend! I came all the way from long island to get this !

I had an amazing lunch and had the opportunity to meet the owner. He has really created a special restaurant with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again

Best bagels! I wish there was a location closer to me. I drive far just for these bagels!
