Longhorn Steakhouse

I would give this restaurant less than one star if I could. My experience at Longhorn for dinner tonight was extremely disappointing. Despite wanting to praise the food and service, I cannot do so. We waited for 27 minutes, while 4 other groups who arrived after us were seated before us. We approached the hostess station twice and were assured that we were next in line. When we spoke to the manager, she acknowledged that she had seen us waiting but did not offer to seat us. It was clear that the staff was not on top of their game. This is not the first time I have received such poor service, and it will definitely be the last. I encourage others to support local restaurants instead of chains...

Our waitress, Rebecca, was absolutely wonderful. My husband enjoyed the meal with Flo's 7oz steak, a lobster tail, baked potato, and French onion soup. I tried the Redrock grilled shrimp with rice, steamed broccoli, and the signature strawberry and pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Everything was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Rebecca was attentive, delightful, and very professional. I highly recommend Longhorn restaurant and commend Rebecca for a job well done.

We were celebrating my grandkids' birthdays and I traveled from Mobile, Alabama for the occasion. We had a party of 25 people and the manager, Jayce, and his staff worked hard to seat us all together and made sure we were well taken care of. The wait staff were attentive and helpful with a party of our size. I am very grateful to them for making our experience enjoyable.

I recently dined at this restaurant for the second time and had a great experience. The server was excellent and the manager was also a pleasure to talk to. I had an excellent time overall.

I got a 6oz Flos Filet. It was super tender an tasty as it could be. My first time doing that Cut. I'll definitely do it again.
