BEWARE Of ordering ONLINE at this location! They steal! I had an order for curbside pickup that was $100. Firstly when I arrived to check in on my phone, it said my order had already been picked up and to call the restaurant, which didn’t make sense because I obviously just got there! I called the restaurant they instantly bring the food out in less than 2 minutes but no receipt to sign as usual but I tipped in cash so I didn’t think much of it. A few days later my card is charged an extra $11 added to my order so apparently they tipped themselves again from my card!

I usually enjoy longhorns, but this one was terrible. The smell of bad dirty mop water just overpowered the entire experience. The waitress was ok, but seemed distracted and very short. The steak was very tough for medium with little to no seasoning. The best thing was the broccoli with butter. Will not be back.

The fries were soggy and heavily seasoned. I think they should have been put in a separate container. The steak wasn't as good as usual, but the bread was hot and good. That was the best part of my meal. The service was pretty quick.

Every time I come to this place it takes longer than expected to receive my food (which was ordered online and paid a hour before pick up). This is the reason a lot of coworkers and myself had stop ordering from here.

We sat 30min before getting up and walking. The server never came to our table. Horrible experience.
