Lorenzo's Trattoria

We’ve been going to the Hill for years, but never dined at Lorenzo’s until last evening. The photos don’t do justice to the cozy dining rooms and bar area. Staff is very friendly and Antonio was an excellent server. Our family were five celebrating a 25th anniversary. We had Eggplant Parmesan, Polenta and a pizza for appetizers. All were very good. The house salad is delicious as were our entrees. Osso Buco, Veal Risotto, Gnocchi, Angel Hair pasta and Ravioli all very well prepared. Good wine list and just a lovely dinner experience.

We were seated on a table inside the kitchen. It didn’t even feel like that we were eating at a restaurant. Very awful experience! Kitchen workers were staring at our table

I ordered the lamb shank with cauliflower orzo at this restaurant. It was decent, nothing special. However, the pistachio cake was absolutely delicious!

You can't go wrong on Capitol Hill, and Lorenzo's definitely lived up to its reputation. The food was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Reserve uma mesa agora

In town as a tourist, discovered Lorenzo's. My wife and I enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent
