Lou Malnati's - Palos Heights

Two straight times ordering from here where they messed up our order. First time the delivery driver forgot the salad. Instead of going back to get it, they said we could either get cash back or we 'd have to drive there and get it. The second time we ordered boneless wings. They brought the order out and I knew right away they had bones. Called them out on it and the cashier said yup they 're boneless while looking straight at the bone in wings. Took the meal back to the car, checked it, and they were bone in. They made good on the error but I watched the error unfold right in front of me. Went to the Palos location on a Friday in April Got the signature cheese sausage pan or deep dish whatever they are famous for Crust tasted like it was made a few months ago and stored in the freezer, rest of it wasn't much better Just tasted so fake and pre made , this place was busy as hell to, I thought to myself What a bunch of sheeple , all the mom and pop pizza shacks around here , no one gives em a chance , Theres a small place across the street I'll try next time or any family owned place ,not the workers fault ,they were fine but the pizza itself just not good , I hope the sit down lous are better

It was my first time at Lou Malnatis Pizzeria in Palos Heights. I enjoyed the decorations. The space was clean, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The beef sandwich was outstanding. Definitely, I will be coming back!!! Thank you for suggesting sauces for the salad. It will be tmrws lunch. Yummy! Can not travel to Chicago without stopping at Lou Malnati’s. I can honestly say I do not care for the carry out options. I love sitting down with one of their deep dish pizzas and a tall cold beer. I grew up eating Lou Malnati's pizza. Was excited about this location opening and immediately started ordering their pizza. Noticed the pan pizza started looking more like a regular size pizza as time passed and paying the big price. Today was my last order at this location. Very disappointing!!!! Will no longer purchase from this location.

This place is an absolute joke!! I would never ever come to this establishment ever again in my life!!! I called in for pickup, sitting there for over an hour and the girl takes my money and then they say they don't have me in the system!! I never seen such an incompetent business, should be shut down!!!

They charged my credit card and never delivered my pizza. I tried calling and they put me on hold then hung up on me.

Unpopular opinion: their thin crust is way better than their deep dish I LOVE ITTT. Their butter crust is EVERYTHING.
