Shannon “the manager” was verbally abusive, my wings were fatty and soggy instead of well done and fresh. She didn’t apologize. Was verbally abusive, as I was professional and calm. My mother ended up getting on the phone to take over the call and she hung up the phone on my mom after yelling at us. I will be contacting corporate. I reside in IL an am a long time customer of Lou Malnatis.

Crust tasted just like Little Caesar's crappy crust, they lie when saying buttery crust. I'd rather have Little Caesar's because at least I'd expect a crappy pizza.

A delicious pizza in the highland shop has taken it all the way to Valparaiso. It was still delicious! Even cold it is so much better than any local deep plate.

Deep dish was very salty, soggy and just plain DISGUSTING! Never again, not even my dog wanted it. Yuck! ?

Really only a carry out or delivery, but great buttery crust, with lots Chicago style cheese!
