we were desperate for a vegan-friendly meal in East France, while far from large cities. we called this restaurant and made a reservation and they were happy to create a 3 curs vegan meal for us. it was delicious, everything was made fresh by the cook, that came to welcome us at the arrival and list the menu for us. he was very friendly, and he and his wife possess and lead the place. She informed us that they are happy to adjust their menu for vegetarians
