This is the second time we went to cardroc on a rainy Sunday. We have lunch in the room that oscillates between terroir and modernity. the contents of the plates were at this Sunday's diapason, a poultry nougat, a tender candy thigh with its vegetables, and a round blaye between merlot and cabernet.
