Luci's Chicken -n- Rice

Their customer service is bad. I ask for a peach tea which cost over $4 a cup but I ask for it without ice and they said that they couldn't do it. So I ask for a small sample taste to see if it was worth me paying that much for it and again they said no.flat out refused a paying customer a sample taste. So I passed on the peach tea and got a fountain drink. So when I got my order it was wrong, I'm happy that I checked it before driving off. If I had drove all the way home to discover it, I would not have been happy to have to drive back up there in 5 pm traffic. And they are also more costly than other chicken places. Hubby and I were craving some fried rice on the way to the park so something with a drive thru and convenient was exactly what we were looking for. Luci's was close to the park and even had a fried rice combo with an eggroll and drink. even though the food was made to order, the wait wasn't too long. While we waited, I got a chance to look at the menu and they have so many options so don't let the name fool you. Once we got our rice, it definitely had a different, but delicious, twist. The food is yuuùmmy!!!!!!!! The fish and shrimp OMG YES! The tartar and cocktail sauces are even the bomb!!! Chicken fried rice is a yesss and of course the chicken too!! Everything was hot and fresh with the perfect crunch on everything. Will be going back soon for sure!!Food: 5/5

On May 29th, we visited this restaurant for the first time and were extremely disappointed. The chicken was unappetizing, the sides lacked flavor, and to make matters worse, we all ended up with food poisoning. We do not recommend dining here. It was a terrible experience. Reserve uma mesa agora

My first time there and I was very surprised. I am usually very critical of new places, but this one was the exception. Not overpriced, many choices, friend service and short waiting times. I am going back there again!

This restaurant is the best. The chicken is served piping hot and perfectly cooked, you'll have to wait at least two minutes before you can dig in. Overall, the food deserves a rating of 5 out of 5.
