Luk's Diner - Reservar mesa

We have been going here for many years and loved it. It sold and today I thought we'd try it. Every part of our breakfast was TERRIBLE! The service was non existent. Our tea and juice took 20 mins. Never came back to ask if we needed another drink. The food took an hour. There were 6 peole there in total so it wasn'tbusy. The bathroom was disgusting at 10am. The toilet was not clean at all no toilet paper on the roll, but a new one laying on the filthy floor. Garbage overflowing on the ground.The food after an hour wait was also very disappointing. Its too bad the server was very polite when I spoke to him.We miss the old owners, and will not be going back.

We have been coming to Luk's Diner for years now. When we got to know, the place has been sold, we were very apprehensive about going there again. However, we can now safely say that all our concerns have been laid to rest. It was our third visit today with the new owner, Chef Sam, having taken over. Chef Sam is a very friendly guy and he goes out of the way to make your visit pleasant. His food, dare I say, even better! This place is a must for everyone looking to enjoy nice food with great service. You will feel right at home!

Fantastic place for lunch! We were fortunate to visit on National Cheeseburger Day. For only $10, you get a hearty cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The burger was massive and absolutely delicious. The fries were perfectly seasoned and piping hot right out of the fryer when they arrived at our table. Our server, Ali, was wonderful; she works as a bus driver in the morning and serves in the afternoon. This restaurant is a delightful little gem, family-owned, and you can truly feel the warmth.

This is a fantastic hidden gem for food lovers in Burlington! My ex-wife and I have been visiting for a few years since we stumbled upon it. We drive from Guelph to eat at this diner! Some of the best perogies and lamb gyro I’ve had in Ontario. I also recommend the salmon Benedict and you can’t ever go wrong with chicken souvlaki. The chef was super friendly and made sure to check on us since he was working alone.

Clean and friendly, small location, but it makes for a nice quiet breakfast, or lunch. If you want gourmet and want the larger bills then this is not your stop, but if you want a simple, tasty meal that is a good value, the good thing is somebody else is doing the cooking.

Great selection. Amazing milkshakes. Friendly service. But the food was UNBELIEVABLY slow. Really. When we arrived, the place was half empty and it still took them almost half an hour to make our milkshakes. If we had been warned, that would have been helpful.

The spaghetti was fantastic! My eight-year-old son even said it tasted better than what we make at home. Hats off to the chef!
