Luppolo - Reservar uma mesa

This was my first time back at Luppolo in almost a year and we were extremely disappointed. We requested 2 highchairs on our booking and again when we arrived. We were only ever given 1. We waited 10 minutes to be given menus. After placing our order 2 people came over to check elements of it. Our drinks order was wrong and then our food order was wrong. When the corrected item was brought out the waitress said plain pasta and we said no, we ordered pasta and meatballs and another waiter said yeah. Yeah the meatballs are there . There were no meatballs but we were eating with two toddlers who were very hungry so we didn 't want to wait for the order to be remade a 2nd time. The toilets were...

The pizzas were quite nice but a bit bland in a way. I’ve given a lower score for ambience because a large family party were so loud, and it wasn’t just the children, that it spoilt our time there. Also, the gents were poor. It says they are checked every hour but not only did the cubicle door not lock but it didn’t even shut properly. It hadn’t just happened as we were there near to opening time.

Hands down, it is the best family restaurant in Wanstead. The staff are so nice and tolerant of the mayhem kids bring to the table. It is so refreshing to feel welcome as a family with small children and we are all very grateful.

Lovely experience, food was good. Service was mostly great aside from the fact that our order didn 't go through so we waited longer for our food than we should have. But aside from that, the overall experience was nice.

Always enjoy the food at Luppolo but the service can be hit and miss and this visit was no exception. Pretty slow overall and one side dish arrived extremely late (though it was taken off the bill)
