It is good to see that the cook was more and more courageous to try out the seasonal menu. This time there were no oysters available (from September to April, availability), but as seasonal specialities I tasted summer truffles Omelette and Gazpacho. The Omelette was delicious: light as a feather, with a generous part of the truffles and some cherry tomato inside. It was served with some salad on the top (letter mix with cherry tomato) and sad, although delicious, the salad (especially its delicious dressing) distracts my taste buds from the star of the show – the truffles... In my opinion, it would be best to serve the salad separately (or at least not on the omelet) with just one line of o...
