Although the food at this restaurant is good, the service creates an awkward atmosphere. Upon entering and approaching the counter, the staff member at the register appears to ignore us. Today, the person at the register was wearing earbuds and seemed engrossed in a cellphone. I don't expect them to be overly friendly, but a simple "What can I get you?" would suffice. It is unclear if they are even ready to take our order. I am forced to break the uncomfortable silence, only to be met with a blank stare. I consistently give the Memphis Mac and loaded baked potato Mac a 10/10 rating. I don't understand why everyone focuses so much on the staff. If they are only making $10 an hour or are teenagers, it's understandable that their customer service may not be the best. It seems like there are a lot of overly critical customers leaving comments. If a business is understaffed, they can't always control it. Instead of complaining, maybe consider applying for a job and helping out!

I went to MACS for lunch on a Monday. It was my first time there, and the staff were very patient as I looked over all of the menu options. I learned that MACS is currently only available in Wisconsin. Our food arrived quickly and was served in cast iron skillets. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return to MACS in the future.

I will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of family favorites. I brought my mom and kids with me this time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The restaurant is clean and spacious, with excellent customer service. We all ordered different dishes and everything was absolutely delicious.

This restaurant was incredibly tasty! We tried the Mama's Mac and the taco, both of which were delicious. I highly recommend this place, as they offer a wide variety of choices to select from.
