Madeluce - Reservar uma mesa

I am a demanding customer. I have travelled the world, and enjoyed some of the best restaurant in the international scene. I am an amateur chef myself and I would rather fast than going to a restaurant to eat less than average food. Madeluce was just mind blowing!!! We went there twice in a row and tasted a vast array of different foods! Really spectacular, food cooked to perfection, refined blend of spices and herbs and a delightful service! Desserts were not at the level of the rest of the meal in my opinion, but nevertheless, I recommend, without a doubt!

The food was excellent, the Iberian porc was described as very tender, and it was, with orzo flavoured with paprika and very pretty vegetables. The wine Nuit St George was very good, the cheese was exceptional the 18 month Beaufort and we live near there, and have never had aged Beaufort before! I enjoyed my cafe gourmand, with the first Madeleine I have ever found delicious.

We were on a rush but they manage to serve a 3 course meal in 1:15. Everything was perfect, food, drinks and of course the owner... attentive, kind and passionate about her business. We will definitely come back!

The place to be in Aix les bains! Excellent food. Very fresh and tasty but not too much flavors. Excellent service! We strongly recommend the place.
