I have been there a few times and have had a great night out each time. The waiter was welcoming and friendly and she explained that the food served is not the normal Thai cuisine (which can be very spicy, salty and sweet) but carefully selected for good healthy eating. She remembered us! I had a rice pancake with enoki mushrooms and vegetables for starters and a green duck curry with rice for the main this time, though I have enjoyed other dishes in the past. My wife and i went to Madljai Restaurant to celebrate my Bithsday after reading all the review i thought we are in for good night . The restaurant looks really good and the service was exelent but for the food a disaster. my wife had khao tang na thang and i had the chu chee scallops for entree both of our dishes where so salty andover spiced we could not eat it ,after appologising our main dishes my wife had rockling fillets and i hsd the lobster tail also a complete disaster. As for the pricing overpriced and lacks the thai flavours. We will not go back there again

A group of five ladies who dine out every week for lunches locally. We knew this place as The Grange which had fabulous food and service. Now Thai and the food is lovely, very well explained by the waitress, but lacking in quantity. Two prawns for main meal with a salad. Pleasant on the eye, but would be very hard on the wallet to feel you had eaten enough. $25 lunch special with a very ordinary glass of wine included. Will not be returning.

This is the Total Package. Amazing Food, Excellent Service & lovely Decor. Pricing is good also. It is certainly the Best Thai Food I have tasted in Melbourne. Went there for a Friday Lunch and was blown away. The Flavour & Presentation of Food is Fantastic. Highly recommend. Reserve uma mesa agora

Wow, what a beautiful experience. Service was excellent, food amazing and atmosphere great. They even made us a happy anniversary sign. XxxWaitresses answered every single question we had. We can't wait to go back Fish and home made ice cream was a winner (not too sweet)!

We live locally and have been wanting a good Thai place in Beaumaris for sometime. This place is awesome!! Ticks all the boxes. Food is super fresh and tasty and the service is great! The staff that work there are so kind and thoughtful. Highly Recommend Madoljai Thai!!

Perfect night out with friends ,great food beautifully presented ,quiet but efficient service . Diners should be aware that you can your own wine .The rumour is that some of the bad reviews are from other local restaurants .
