Mälzer Brau- Und Tafelhaus

The food was top tier, best piece of meat I’ve had in quite a long time. I also ordered the goulash, which was great too. The beer, of course, doesn’t disappoint, as it’s the place’s main attraction. I came here because of the Google reviews, so I started looking for the place in Lüneburg and, when I found it, it inmediately gave some old rustic german vibes, so you could also say that the ambience was really good, as well as the hygiene mesures of the place. To sum up, service, ambience and location are great, as well as the homemade beer. But the thing that really impressed me was the meat, that has caused me to wish to come back there, no doubts.

We come here from time to time again and it’s more then ok if you want to enjoy their beer and atmosphere. The food is fine but not more than that. The last time we were here the staff forgot/got our order mixed up then it took almost 2 Hours to get our food. The food also came in no particular order. I just assume, there was a shift change and the cook just gave all food out and didn’t really check. In the end, I was so hungry, couldn’t tell if the Pizza (mind yourself, it was Pizza not a fancy dish with a lot of cooking time) was good or not. Won’t eat here again, that’s for sure!

It was the only place where I could eat after 22:00, which was a God's send since I arrived prettly late in the town after a long journey. I had an amazing American burger. The staff was very friendly and fast. I sincerely recommend it.

This place offers traditional German cuisine and a range of home-brewed beers. The food was lovely and you could go down to their beer cellar for a short walk on to see how beer was made.

Very good beer and home atmosphere is presented. You can see how beer is brewed and the smell of it so tasty. Only cons: not all beers were available and food is quite expensive.
