Magic Wok Express - Reservar mesa

We ordered are dinner for 2 at 5 55 pm and told it would be 40 minutes, at 6 10 they showed up and we where stunned. problem was the food was not cooked long enough cold inside and hot on the out side, we did not request fast service. we all where very concerned about eating food that must have been cooked in under 4 minutes so we called to ask why it came in 15 minutes and they told us we should be happy and there is nothing they could do. so we have decided to re cook the food. very shocked at there response. I would suggest eating somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised to discover this little gem while visiting Barrie. Conscientious owners, delicious food (Canadian-style Chinese) and superb value with the after 7 pm dinner for 4 walk in special. Huge portions - easily a dinner for 6. The restaurant decor leaves a little to be desired - very plain & outdated - but the food and service more than made up for it. Will definitely remember this one on our next visit.

So glad we found this restaurant.Really good Chinese food at a good price.My only complaint is the spare ribs were not the usual fall off the bone....could have used more time cooking.Everything else was perfect! I think this is just a new management thing but the young man answering the phone might want to use the company name when answering the phone.I will be back ordering again regardless!

It's a great restaurant for a quick meal, they give you a very generous portion of anything you order. The lunch special is ok but not the best. The inside of the restaurant is pretty dirty and the smell isn't too good but either than that it's decent food. Employee wise, the woman that works there isn't the nicest but the man is an awesome guy and really interacts with the customers! Reserve uma mesa agora

My wife and I have ate here twice since it reopened and both time for lunch it was amazing $5.75 each for lunch CASH ONLY so bring some or you don't eat LOL fast friendly service tons of food the build is nothing to look at but don't be fooled if you are hungry give this great gem a try and fill your belly with great food at a great price

Excellent food... well prepared, generous portions. This is my favorite for take-out Chinese food. I also like their lunch specials... inexpensive and quick. Very hard to beat the value. They recently added a few Thai menu dishes (which I did not think were particularly good) but their Chinese dishes are excellent.

Have had take out from Magic Wok over the years and the food has always been fine - good. This was the first time since re-opening and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was quick and the best part really fresh. Great portions and taste. Keep it up Magic Wok!!

Really wanted to like this place as it is closest to my place. Pick up spot does not look very good from the outside, but ordered for pick up. First and last time. Reserve uma mesa agora

For a quick and easy lunch or dinner, you can't beat the magic wok. Food is fresh and the orders are completed very quickly.

Their after 7pm special is great. Great tasting food and amazing portions. Definitely a too choice for Chinese in Barrie.
