I visited it last week desperately looking for organic or sourdough or ancient flours, I found all together with this newly owned bakery, on the port of Paimpol.It was a very mediocre bakery few years ago, and the new owner if bringing unparalleled organic bread with organic ancient cereals, rye, hard wheat, petit épeautre, and organic homemade sourdough. Unbelievably tasty and great healing for digestion systems. All those on a table at the left of the shop. I didn't try yet the traditional bread with non organic flour, but it seems they are all made with sourdough too.I recommend the norvegian bread, the rye tourte and petit epautre.Best in town without a doubt, if you look for real bread.
