perhaps it was because we had very high expectations to read other reviews here. but we were underwhelmed by our visit here. we booked to stay over at night en route south of the tunnel and found what sounds like a jewel of a place. but it wasn't. the room was very simple, I guess they pay for what they get. that would have been good if that was something special. Actually, it wasn't. it was fair, not more than that. the “Menu gourmand” was ok, we tried all the dishes between us and the optional cheese. the high point was the wee curiously not the champagne selection, but a beautiful and well appreciated half bottle lock coucheroy bordeaux. location is a tad sketch and service was between ef...

very nice little restaurant, where we were very well welcomed, the service was quick and efficient, we ate very well a big thank you to the chef for this good meal. but we need to focus on the incredible value of the menu of the day. you will be delighted in quantity and quality. Anyway, one thing is certain, I won't find out where to go to châlon champagne now that I found. I highly recommend

I tried to stop. restaurant: efficient and very user-friendly service. French cuisine very well executed: the menu is relatively short but there is a choice with 4-5 admissions and 4-5 dishes and 4 desserts. ratio quality price unbeatable. family atmosphere. hotel: quiet room, very clean, convenient. more soul than a room of a large chain and value for unstable money again.
