Mamey Miami - Reservar uma mesa

This is the second time I came to Mamey and I was excited to return because my previous experience 8 months ago was great. The first issue was the wait time. I had a reservation at 8:45 pm and wasn't seated until 9:32 pm. The hostess staff informed me that the table I suppose to sit at still had a party of 3 sitting who continued to sit after paying their bill. The second issue and the biggest issue was that food wasn't as great as I remembered. I left and felt cheated. The drinks were watered down and overall the experience was a waste of money. Besides getting to spend time with work friends, the only positives about the experience at Mamey were: The ambiance was nice, waiter was friendly, and the grilled cheese appetizer was the best plate we had during the lunch. Most of us ordered the churrasco. The menu read that it came with yuca...no yuca on the plate. Rather it was a bed of canned corn with a chimichurri relish that left a lot to be desired. To compensate for the missing yuca, we were served rice beans side. Very nice gesture, very bland dish. Not impressed by the quality of the food for that price. Lots of other options in the area with much better food.

Beautiful rooftop. Food was amazing. We went for lunch and had conch fritters (super delicious) and split the duck and the churrasco. The amount of food was great and it was all very tasty. The rum cake was to die for. Service was quick and our servers (both in main room and rooftop) were attentive. I have recommended to many friends and can't wait to be back!

Love Mamey. The decor is great. Food is always amazing and flavorful. The rum cake and grilled cheese with guava sauce is my absolute favorite! Great customer service and wonderful for taking tons of photos.

Awesome food and service. Beautiful interior decor. Very accommodating staff. Consistent on two visits so that always encouraging.
