Mancini Brooklyn Pizza

The Mancini family was run as a small family business as long as I remember. her restaurant runs a front and rear kitchen. they have trained chefs to create everything in a traditional Italian restaurant. However, they still only allow the close family to operate the pizza oven in front. When I enter Mancinis Pizza, the first impression I get is a warm welcome. They are a busy restaurant, but they make it a point to make delicious food with unlimited professionalism to anyone who goes into their doors.

I'd say the pizza mancini is pretty well created. It has an excellent crust, correct thickness, crispy at the border and smooth through the middle. They definitely don't skip on the cheese. This is said what it is in construction quality, for me it has lost in taste. While there were many tomato sauces on my Margarita pizza slice, I felt that the sauce had no taste for me. It felt easy. Also the pizza here is definitely any more expensive page $4.25 for any Margarita pizza slice.

Great classic pizza. This place has one of the better pizzas around. They also have a lot more than just pizza. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. We ordered in the restaurant and service was fast, less than 15 minutes and we had a steaming hot pizza.

Definitely very good. Tremendous Pizza great sauce, cheese, crust! Cheese sauce ratio perfect for me!! Other menu items also strong. Very attractive family business. I travel 30 minutes for one of my favorites

This place had a very good service. From the moment we came in, they were very attentive. The pizza had a hearty sauce and the crispy crust. It's a pretty busy area. Look at it.
