Tess and Lionel are apparently not new to the Vaison-la-Romaine restaurant scene, but this is the first time they have had their own restaurant. What a joy! The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. Each plate adorned with fresh salad with splashes of...color from edible flowers and vibrant beets or radish. Lionel, incredibly sweet and proud of his wife, will be quick to tell you his wife’s specialties derived from her Swedish upbringing- delicate gravlax with two sauces or a carrot soup that was so creamy it could have been dessert. yes, it takes forever to order to get her water, wee, etc. but who cares. the owner is a refresher than a man show charming the dining room all the time while its Swedish chef (no, not the one of muppet show) conceives large. with a hauch of thai thrown here and there. Swedish-French Thai go figure. everything tastes great, affordable, and you will come back for a long time.

Best meal we experienced so far in Vaison. The interior design is beautifully maid, very tasteful and sober. The food is outstanding, we will never forget .the coliflower soup. Other dishes worth recommending was the codback.mmm! Another favorite was the Faux fiket Churrasco a piece...of meat that melted in the mouth. Summing up: dont miss Manger Sie in Vaison

booked a table for this evening via the restaurant website you get a call from the restaurant asked me to confirm. I tried to call back twice, but call went directly to voicemail got an email and reacted immediately confirmation of the reservation arrived in the restaurant and said that...it was full call customer service so they don't go there

Enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends and children . Tess runs the show in the kitchen and Lionel ensures the service. Great food, great service and very reasonable prices. The place to be in Vaison for a cosy dinner. We’ll be back . Thank you...Tess, Sophie and Lionel.
