Manhattan Bagel - Reservar mesa

I've tried calling several times over the past few days and let it ring because I thought maybe staff were with other customers. Then I tried calling at times I thought business might be a bit slower. There are other reviewers who also mentioned having this problem so it appears they just don't answer the phone, ever. I love the California bagels and want to order them by the dozen so I can freeze them. But it's too frustrating to drive several miles HOPING they have some available. So I'll settle for other types of bagels I can get in shops closer to home.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and they have consistently delivered great service. The bagels are delicious, and the staff remembers my orders, which is a nice touch. The owner works incredibly hard, although it seems there can be some challenges with the staff. Nonetheless, I have always had a wonderful experience here. It's best to arrive early since they tend to sell out in the mornings. I highly recommend this place, especially considering my less-than-great experiences at other Manhattan Bagel locations.

I have been coming here for years. This place used to be great but went downhill badly in recent years. The food is decent now. Recently, I got breakfast sandwiches. They were $15 for two….I’m pretty sure you can go out to eat for that price. Additionally this Manhattan bagel does not answer their phone, ever. The owners are a couple and always there and are not the friendliest either. I will not be going back ever again after this most recent price raise.

Love Manhattan bagel! Love their power bagels and super cinnamon. And their vanilla nut coffee is my by far my favorite chain coffee. That’s right; better than DD, Wawa, Starbucks, etc… just wish there was one closer to me. Excellent service as well, although one particular rep assumed I didn’t pay for my food on the way out, which was a weird flex and hence the 4 stars ? otherwise, highly recommend!Instagram, YouTube: nukeyhov Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant has several issues. There are long wait times, orders often get messed up, and the food quality is lacking. I recommend going to the one at Manoa Shopping Center instead. It appears that many others have had similar problems with this location based on the reviews.

My favorite Bagel shop!! Manhattan Bagel’s are always freshly made and delicious. The perfect bagel outside of New York City.Right level of density, flavorful, and they have all of the other accompaniments such as cream cheese, and toppings for bagel sandwich’s.

The ownership issues are unfortunate. While the staff does their best, the micromanagement makes ordering a simple sandwich quite challenging. I recommend trying "A Cut Above" across the street for better quality as well.

I have not gone here but I order it through doordash and the food is always great, though I wish I could change the type of cheese for my sandwhich

Why are their Bagels soo good with great customer service. However they really don't pick up the phones. But I still love them
