Manhattan Bagel - Reservar uma mesa

Im giving a 1 star today,based off the customer service.I placed my order online for pick up, when I got in the building there was no one by the pick up area. So I walked over to the pick up area, while standing by the pick up area no one asked me if I had a pick up order.One of there female employee gets on the register thats at the pick up area and calls people over who are in line to place there order.She never looked or acknowledged the fact I was standing there first !She should’ve simply asked if I have a pick upSo I can grab my order and be on my way.Instead she thought it be more product to let people order and let my order sit there and get cold.Food was cold so thank you to her !

This happened 4x in a row where I've gone to kiosks order a certain bagel they don't tell you they are out of that specific bagel and they just give whatever they want without telling you. I pointed this out on the spot that this is not a whole wheat bagel which I ordered and if they are out of it then why not tell the customer they are out of it instead of giving them w.e bagel they want. Just be honest and say your out of those bagels don't give another bagel the customer doesn't want.

This location is really close to my job site, ordered online (easy/many different options), also I paid online and when to pickup earlier than what they told me and it was already ready...they gave me my order exactly how I wrote it on the notes...I'm pleased with the whole experience! The coffee was delicious and the breakfast bagel too!

It was decent. My 1st time,...i would go again. It has alot of choices so future based. they can have some more of my monetary expenditures.
