Manuela - Reservar uma mesa

Manuela was a great, outdoor experience for me and my son who decided to try Manuela before a show at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The appetizers we great and fresh. We tried the biscuits and Trout Tartare for starters. The biscuits were extremely flaky and my son wanted to take the Steen’s butter home. The Trout Tartare was perfectly seasoned and fresh. We also had the Arugula salad which felt very “field to table” and perfectly flavored with aged balsamic. The texture of the Sea Bass was perfect and it was accompanied by fava bean and hominy in a butter sauce that gave French vibes. Finally, the butterball potatoes with pickled onion, shishito and horseradish helped round out the meal. I...

The food was delicious , just had an issue with one of our plates where the meat didn’t feel seasoned enough. The service was a bit slow, and wish our waiter was checking in more. Other than that I’ll be back with friends and family

absolute fav. food place in LA. Do try their bisquittes, por favor. loved their veggie growing garden. saw the exhibitions after. Impressed how this swiss based art gallery do such a good job keeping up with the restaurant

This is my second time at Manuela but my first time here for brunch. I’ll say that the dinner menu and portions are much stronger than the brunch menu. Service and atmosphere are still great as always.

Hostess is way too stale and just overall unpleasant.
