Marcellino - Reservar uma mesa

We have been to this restaurant on prior occasions, but unfortunately this experience left us feeling disappointed where we likely will not return.   I'll start with the positives. The service is wonderful and the ambiance and live music was very nice as well.  The food, however, was a complete disappointment. The bread is completely plain that it's just not worth the money.  We started with the lentil soup, which had no flavor. Our entrées consisted of the lamb chops and the salmon.   I would rate the lamb chops a 6 out of 10. This was our first time at Marcellino and we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The experience was amazing, and wonderful to not see the typical Italian fare on the menu. It was truly an authentic experience. We all had one of the home made pastas and they were phenomenal! Can't wait to go back...

Authentic Italian, homemade pasta, intimate but fun. There was live music (a piano man) the evening we were there. Food was 5-star!

Wonderful fresh authentic Italian food. The service and ambiance are outstanding. This is my favorite place in Scottsdale.
