Marco Marco - Reservar uma mesa

Marco Marco is at the far end of the La Défense, where the choice of restaurants is poorer, but this is a good option. The restaurant is fairly large and has more space on its roof. It does fill up quickly so it pays to arrive early. Currently they are only serving woodfired pizzas, but they are excellent, with a really soft and chewy Naples style crust. The toppings are good quality and original. However the day we went, our order was lost and we waited 45 minutes to eat, which for a weekday lunch is completely unacceptable. The waitress tried to rush through our order to make up for lost time, but it was still much too long. Clearly they have some organisation issues to work out.

The slogan attracted my attention life is too short for bad pizzas. The result is less attractive: the dough has little taste (farin or fermentation too short? , the mozzarella dry and the whole is rather medium. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant and the frame also. My slogan: My life is too short to test your pizza twice.

Very good address in the Defense esplanade. Quality products and dishes. The boards are garnished generously. Pizzas are excellent. Special mention to the terrace that is very nice. The only flat would be the sound of the device but in the atmosphere it passes unnoticed.

Good Pizza (simple menu and good quality) but incredibly slow service. Not sure I will return. A pizza takes 1 minute to build and 2 to cook.
