Marco Polo Ristorante Bar

We went in there (a family of 6 with a small child , we called 10 minutes prior to ensure they had space for us. Upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by what I can only consider to be an beta employee who had the look of nervousness on her face as if we had just asked to eat on an airplane. After which, she skipped to a waitress (probably in BETA too and screamed at us ?whoever told you we have space is wrong, I then showed her my phone with the phone number of her restaurant and proof of reservation and she snapped at us , at which point, our young child who was terrified by the petrified waiter and hostess, we made an informed decision and left. They deserve 0 stars.

My first time here, possibly not the last. Service was excellent, food was good. The salmon was good, crispy skin, the plate was nicely presented. Cavatelli was good as well, veal Parmigiana was ok( my plate and my least favorite). For me was a little bland but that is nothing just being too picky. Deserts we order the molten and tiramisu. The molten was goey, warm and delicious, tiramisu couldn't taste the coffee it was more a chocolate flavor. Overall it was pleasant experience. The place looks very clean. Is a good restaurant. Prices are towards the higher end. But it worth it.

We couldn't make a reservation since our party was smaller than 6. Otherwise, the service is super amazing. 10/10 for sure on the service. The food is pretty good but wasn't mindblowing. However it did seem a little weird to me that there were both little shrimp and big shrimp in my pasta dish but maybe an effort to balance quantity and quality. Overall, I'd still think of it as a good date night/meet up spot.

Went on a Saturday night. Was seated within 2 minutes. Food was amazing from the salads to the main courses. Didn't take pictures but we will definitely go again. The others in my party had never been but all liked Marco Polo. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.

Reservations made only for 6 or more people EXCEPT FOR VALENTINE'S DAY, so we found out at the door but we were accommodated. Food was great as was the service.
