Ordered delivery on Sunday and my pizza was made wrong (it was a medium fresco no onions, but it had onions all over it). I called and let them know and they took down my info and said I could call back and have it remade free another day. My boyfriend ate it since it was too hard to pick all the onions off that were under the cheese and other toppings, and I did not eat any. So today I called for the make up pizza. I ordered another fresco no onion, but asked if this one could be thin crust. They said yes. A half hour later the delivery guy came and he was very nice. When I entered, there was only one person in front of me, a woman and her son. Within a couple of minutes, they got their food and began to eat. After approaching the counter, one of the guys working there refused to acknowledge my existence. He call multiple times for a door dash that wasn’t there. Never told me he would be right with me or sorry for the wait. In fact, after about 15 minutes of standing there, a different guy altogether walked in and took our order. My wife placed an order on line for a pizza and a Pizzoli, the pizza was supposed to be a light crust with light bacon, light ham, no onions, no green peppers, add black olives. We received a thick crust with mushrooms, onions and green peppers only. When my wife called to let them know that we did not get what we had ordered she was told that they could refund the purchase, my wife asked if we could get a replacement pizza because that was our dinner, the girl said that would take over an hour and hung up. Their website states that their contactless delivery means their driver will place the food, knock on the door, then step back and wait until you get your pizza. Well our driver just dropped off the pizza and left, didn't even knock on the door. So we had no idea the pizza was outside until it seemed like it had been too long, so I checked the tracker and saw it had been delivered. Then, one of the pizzas was ordered with green olives and tomatoes, and it had black olives all over it. Finally, they didn't provide the garlic dipping sauce that had been purchased. Ordered at 5:38, said it would be here by 6:08, arrived at 6:47. The only thing nice about this transaction was the delivery driver. They have an online tracker that doesn’t work so I called the store to get an update on my order at 6:30. I received an answer asking if I could hold and then proceeded to sit on hold until my order showed up at 6:47. Dog water service at best. Then, my pizza was wrong when I finally received it and I got none of the garlic dipping sauces I ordered. The pizza was warm-ish at least tho so there’s a little light at the end of this tunnel. This location is doin too much bruh. Too much or not enough idk which.

We ordered the Large Grande Feast tonight 12/15/23. We got both pizzas and the cheesy bread, but we did not get the two liter of Pepsi. I attempted to contact the store and both times I tried calling I was placed on hold. I waited 25 minutes each time and then was hung up on. Needless to say we are not very happy with the service. I'm not sure that we will ever order delivery again from Marco's or if we will order from them at all.

Place is pretty quiet. Pizza is good. Crisp but quiet dog. My favorite part of this pizza was the bottom crust. I hate soggy crust. Cheese was definitely cheezing. Pizza was hot for a good minute. Excellent sauce. But this cheese though. Pineapple was juicy. Really quick too. Was done in like 10 minutes. Mens bathroom not great in cleanliness. But if your looking for a quick hot bite that's worth the 10.99

The service has gotten consistently worse. Instead of informing me that they were out of wings, they simply SWITCHED my order without telling me to the one thing I detest on their menu. Came over an hour for a keto bowl only to receive hamburger onions sauce on the meat lover. No cheese no pepperoni no sausage no ham. Super disappointing from the tejon location especially for how much these go for and the long drive to get there.

Ordered Two of the new Pizzolis, buffalo chicken and a pepperoni one. They were both pretty good with lots of cheese. The Buffalo one didnt have much of a buffalo sauce flavor but still okay with the ranch dip.
