My birthday (64th) meal out was quite a big letdown. As friendly as the staff were, it’s decent food people eat out for. The pickle tray was fine but all down hill from there. Very greasy flavourless onion bahgees followed. Chicken Dopiaza without any heat was my wife’s choice when it was served with too much heat she set it aside and ate the rice and Nan. My choice was the shank of Lamb but this came with a strange thick sauce where none of the raw spices had been cooked out I just couldn’t eat it. The BEST Indian takeaway I’ve had honestly so happy. Prices are very reasonable and extremely good quality food! The service from the restaurant was second to none, they were so friendly on the phone and although we live in woodhall farm (quite far from the restaurant they had still delivered within the hour!! Honestly can not fault anything and will definitely be ordering again! Really great food. The restaurant is now closed and the service has moved to takeaway orders in Old Hemel. New owners of the location are renovating the place not sure what it will be or when it will open. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
