Mario's Pizzeria - Reservar uma mesa

I placed an order for takeout at this restaurant about 10 minutes ago. They no longer have a physical menu, so I had to rely on their online menu for prices. I called and spoke to a girl who seemed confused and got my order wrong three times. When I asked for the total cost, it was higher than what I had calculated. She passed the phone to a man who questioned what the issue was. After explaining the situation, he tried to charge me an extra £3.20 just to add mushrooms to my garlic bread. I decided to go elsewhere and he hung up on me. The service was appalling and the way he spoke to me was unacceptable. I now understand why we stopped using this restaurant years ago. I ordered from this restaurant through Just Eat. It took them around 20 minutes to deliver the food. They are located about an 8-minute drive away with good traffic, so the timing seems reasonable. However, they forgot to include the desserts in my order. Luckily, I noticed before the driver left and was refunded for the missing items. The donner kebab was missing the salad and sauce. The food arrived soggy. On the positive side, the Tango drink was on point. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The pizza was slightly cold, but it still tasted decent. I ordered a margherita pizza and it was delivered fairly quickly. The service was good overall.
