Maro Wood Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Embedded along the PCH, Maro Wood Grill is a place I came by, but fortunately one evening my friends and I sat for an early evening meal and refreshments. We were happy that we made it! It was a bit smart on the warmer side temperature and our server brought our pitcher from Sangria, which was only beaten by the taste. Also the funny thing was how the evening continued our server refilled our glasses, so we lost track of how often we refreshed through the evening is Maros Sangria ...big service! The Grilled Fennel Fig Salad gave my palette well, as the Ricotta Noquis with grilled tomatoes. It followed Maro’s own “Oyster Rockefeller” where my taste buds could really identify with Maro’s wood...

I was at Maro Wood Grill last week and had incredibly pleasant and rewarding experience! The food was amazing! It was not cooked on a cheap gas grill, but in fact on a grill with wood, and the taste of the Mesquite coal made everything even better. I recommend the lamb and ribeye. Lamb has been my favorite meat for years, and I don't remember better lamb for a long, long time. Beef lovers will also be pleasantly surprised. The ribeye was not the traditional, but a special cut that was simply brilliant (and that is from someone who likes beef, but is not the largest beef fan). Friendly staff... loved our waiter. It was a good way to spend Easter Sunday lunch!... the Maro Burger is to die!...that yummy bacon from Wisconson is out of the hook and I wish I knew where the white cheddar that it was used because it was some of the best I ever had!... Large organic ingredients if this is what you in.... Thanks Maro Wood Grill!

Fresh, perfectly executed dishes with great care and balance. Every court we ordered was spectacular. Recommend the Mesquite grilled Shisipoteffer, edamame pods and artichokes for starters, the Ribeye for Entree and the Meyer Zitroneneis for Dessert. Absolutely sublime meal is probably the best culinary experience I had all year round.

Some of the best food I've ever eaten. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were full of flavor. Fabulous service and an extremely talented chef. Can't wait to go back!
