First time customers for a takeaway. Takeaway meal ordered at on a Saturday, which we all know is a busy time but if we knew it would arrive at we'd have ordered elsewhere. Been a loyal costumer for years and never had a bad meal. Ordered on Christmas Eve and revived an odd looking korma with a hair in it. Phoned up to make them aware and woman was deny deny deny and bit my head off accusing...us of lying even though lying wouldn’t benefit us as I was just making them aware but she was nothing but rude very poor costumer service won’t be back. She reminded me off some of the owners on kitchen nightmares lol.
