Masala Theory - Reservar uma mesa

Yesterday was the third time we went to this restaurant after two previous positive experiences. However, yesterday was also the last time we will be going to this place. Both service and food are not the same, only prices remained same. The portion of food is much less than it used to be, there were only three small chicken pieces in a plate (and this was the same plate we ordered on one of the previous visits), probably not even 100 grams of chicken. These plates were approx $30 each and were supposingly to be big plates, so I cannot imagine what they will give you as appetizer. The Naan was also smaller than it used to be. Went with a few people. While I will only comment on my food everyone agreed that the food was fabulous. Shared a couple of starters crispy okra and roasted potatoes. Both were delicious. The okra was deep fried but was not at all oily. My main was mutton the bone dhansak. It reminded me of goat curries eaten in Pakistan and northern India. All manner of spice explosions but none spelling chilli. Cant remember enjoying a curry so much. Congratulations

We ran around in SURRY hills Sydney looking for an authentic Indian cuisine restaurant but got disappointed. we ordered Daal ka kichdi. The dish was good but the proteins were small for the cost of the dish.

Very average went there for a family birthday they kept telling us they had another booking and rushed us out . I would never go here again. they tried to keep clearing our wine and drinks away .

I've been here twice and both times the food was awesome and the service was great. I will bring my friends here when they visit Sydney.
