I was really excited to come here for a live music night, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We knew the band and were excited to support them, but the whole experience was a let down. The server was not aware of what was and was not available on the menu and did not know the specials for the night. We ordered nachos, and they were good, but although the table was set for 2, there was only 1 side plate. Not a big deal, but a slight annoyance. My fella and I stopped in for what we consider THE best whiskey sour in town. We arrived at around 930pm and chatted with some friends for about 20 min. I had to go to the bar to order because not a single server approached us to take our drink order. I then stood at the bar for another 5 min while the service manager and the bartender finished their conversation and finally placed my order. The bartender returned a few minutes later and asked if we had a server and when I told her that no one had come around, she made it very clear that she was inconvenienced having to bring our whiskey sours three feet from her perch at the bar, and that she needed the $23 bucks immediately. Went to the match with some friends& my husband to have some drinks .2-: told that we were ?limited to drinks? but was pouring drinks like every 5 minutes for the group of younger men and woman at the bar. and then when the server came back my husband had asked for another drink and the waitress told us no. And told us that we were ?cut off? also wouldn?t bring us a manager. The chicken burger was burnt. And horrible service. Then continued too talk about us with another co-worker while we were seated and could hear her. Never returning again.
