Matjip Bbq Korean Bibimbap Fried Chicken Pork Back Bone Stew

Absolutetly delicious korean fried chicken. We had the half orders of the sweet and spicy, and soy and garlic. Both liked the sweet and spicy more, but the soy garlic was amazing too. Not too spicy though, mild heat (seasoned really well). The chicken is juicy and tender, super crispy on the outside. 100% would recommend and go back.The sides were equally impressive. We had the mini japchae (springy and nice flavor), the rice was well cooked, and the kimchi was great. The orders of chicken come with cabbage salad, which is greatly refreshing.PS.: If you have never had Soju (alcohol, don't expect it to be refreshing ? Do yourself a favor and buy water to counter the seasoning instead.

Let me start by saying that the food is SO delicious. We have friends from Ottawa Toronto coming here just for their food. It's the best Korean food, best menu in Montreal area. The service is above and beyond ! 10/5 ! I forgot my rice and the owner literally drove 30min at night to deliver hot steamy rice for me, plus nice snacks and drinks as bonus. I was a new mom and couldn't eat the entire day so this gesture meant a lot to me. Thank you so so much! We love you and will support your business always!

If you looking for Authentic Korean Restaurant, this is the place you should go In Montreal. Well prepared and taste, especially fried chicken, it is so good. Feels like eating in Korea. Also surprised to see pork bone soup (Gamjatang) in here and it surprise me that meat was really tender and soft. Feel so healthy and comforting. Stir fried Spicy Chicken bbq also great! Server was kind and table and atmosphere also nice. Everything was really great and satisfied.

Delicious Korean food with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Fried chicken and bibimbap are highly recommended. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere. A great place to satisfy cravings for home-cooked meals.

Food is flavorful and they offer a great variety of side dishes. Employees are welcoming and friendly. The place is quite small and it fills up quick, so you might have to clean the table yourself.
