Matsch is the oldest Gaststaette in Plauen, having first opened in 1503. I've eaten at Matsch several times, most recently during the month of May, when we could sit outside in the "Beer Garden" Courtyard, and on the "Beer Garden Terrace." The food is excellent, including some traditional Vogtland dishes, and non-regional entrees. No matter what the food, it is always very good!
